Street Dancing - "Deafinte" and INFINITY Dance Productions.
Deaf Active are working together with a local celebrity "Zara Pierce" who has appeared in many dance videos for various artisits, to create a street dance group.  We have called ourselves "Deafinite" and Miss Zara has certainly been putting us through our paces!
Zara is extremely enthusiastic and is a professional performer in her own right with a whole host of skills at her disposal.  Zara works with two groups of Deaf children and young people, Tuesday's ages 4 - 11 and Friday's ages 11 - 19.
Zara Pierce is committed to inclusion and the arts so much that she is currently attending a Level 1 course in British Sign Language to further enable inclusion for D/deaf children and young people.
